The intent of this course is to provide a general overview of equipment clearances and general requirements of electrical installations based on the 2017 National Electric Code. To aid those in attendance, pictures and sketches will be presented using a PowerPoint presentation format. This class is intended to give contractors, engineers and designers an overview of the requirements of the most essential rules when designing and installing electrical systems as contained in Chapter 1 of the National Electric Code.
